Hometown Media, a full-service ad agency under the Deseret News Company, specializes in healthcare and home services advertising. Their expertise spans both digital channels—like Facebook, Google, and Spotify—and traditional media such as radio and billboards. “We were doing everything manually,” said Emilio Rodriguez, Senior Digital Account Manager. "It would take too much time, especially at the end of the month. Beyond operational improvements, client-facing teams also saw benefits. Sales teams who presented reports to clients found it much easier to share campaign results in real-time. "It’s a game-changer. Everything is in one place, and we can send the report link to clients during meetings, making it easy to walk them through the data," said Emilio.

Looking Ahead: Growth Without the Growing Pains

With a more efficient reporting process in place, the agency can now take on more clients without worrying about the burden of manual reporting. "If we had 10 clients before, there was no way we could add more. Now, with NinjaCat, we can handle more clients because the reporting process is automated," Emilio remarked.
